Red Ferris wheel w/ blue base. Plastic Ferris wheel rotates on metal axis suspended by triangular base. Base has a ladder up each side. Ferris wheel has 4 yellow and green seats attached to wheel with metal axes. Manufactured by Acme and Thomas, c. 1945-1950.
