Plastic Ferris Wheel
Plastic 8- sided Ferris wheel. Wheel is yellow w/ four blue seats attached to every second vertex. Seats are open-top and are attached to wheel. Wheel is attached by axle to a red triangular base. Axle has a crank which extends out the side to turn the Ferris wheel. Base has ladder on side. Made in the USA. Manufacturer unknown.
